The Creative Arts Centre opened its doors in September of 1989 in Oroville, CA. Under the leadership of Kathy Neal and other outstanding professionals in theatre, music and dance, the Centre has developed talent for television commercials, national tours, fashion and talent shows, and can boast of students in New York, Los Angeles, and other local and national venues.
